My challenge to make a great guitar from
a low budget guitar. A Cozart for $80. Poplar body with laminate top.
Refinished and lightly aged, reshaped headstock, plugged tuner holes, maple headstock overlay, refret, fender bridge added and properly placed, single ply aged pickguard, aged k***s, all new harness, second tone is wired to blend bridge and neck pickups, aged klusons, Texas special pickups.

Sounds and plays fantastic. A cross between a strat and an old Danectro (because of the construction).

57’ Clipper to 57’ 6120. Reshaped and bound f-holes, bound headstock, hump fretboard inlays, horseshoe inlay, refinished neck sunburst neck, added bridge pickup and controls.

Had to build a sparkle. Custom McCarty style pickguard. 3-way rotator switch. Vintage k***s and switch.
