A great 4-minute video by Wayfarer's Mark on the rune, Bjarkan (Berkana).

This rune represents some of what we're about as a business. Bjarkan was among the first Scandinavian runes (Younger Futhark) found in Denmark.
The Berkana rune can symbolize growth, rebirth, and potential, coming from the Proto-Germanic word for the birch tree. This also reminds us to look deeper at people and our surroundings and welcome new prospects and relationships.
In opposition, Bjarkan warns against taking on too much at once and reminds you to take rest periods.
