I’m reading a book that asked me to list how my spirit expresses. To name a few: my spirit xp’s itself when I connect with nature especially the forest, alone, and early in the morning. It xp’s itself when I’m driving in my jeep with the top down on a scenic road. It xp’s itself when I read books on spirituality or philosophy as I love discovering new things, it enjoys being shaken and challenged with truths it once thought were uncertain because that’s what allows it to grow. To be more free.

Art is a given. My spirit will always XP through art and imagination.
