I guess it has been awhile since we have been present with social media. I can opt for scheduled post or hire an online assistant to be current on the latest post to keep you engaged. One small problem. We aren’t here for entertainment. We are here to share truth. I do not want to lose the heart within our offerings. We are souls having a human experience and taking some time away to focus on other areas is part of a human experience. Maybe things will change later on but this is where we are.

As some of you may know starting a business is not a breeze. There are hiccups, reroutes, patience and the ability to adapt is a must. I can’t wait till you guys see what has been in the making and I want to mention I have had such a lovely time working with you guys on our one on one sessions. I think connecting with you has been the true highlight of all of this. Thank you. I am so grateful for each and every one of you.

This is the first step in moving forward. Let this be sign for you to move forward towards your long term goals. It’s spring and summer is around the corner. Take the weight off, enjoy life but remember the end game. 🤍

It’s easy to think these lyrics are about a relationship with someone else.
These lyrics are in fact about the relationship with yourself. It’s about confronting your fear and confronting the truth about who you are.

Your relationship with yourself is the most important. So many of us bury who we truly are and try to be these carbon copies of who we think we should be. It’s such a shame because we miss out on loving ourselves and being loved for who we truly are.

How would you feel if you showed someone who you truly are and they didn’t walk away? Instead they loved you more for it?
Putting ourselves into categories restrict us from growing. When we try new things, we find new parts of ourselves we didn’t know existed. How many of us kill ourselves trying to fit into these perfect boxes? Also did you know it’s okay to change your mind? About anything.
I know these have been challenging times and many of us haven’t had the means to escape ourselves like it was so easy to do before. If you’re still here then please know you are doing a good job and you aren’t alone. Find this chance to be who you truly are. These are fast times and it can feel deranged at times if not all. The negativity is louder than
the positivity but remember this :

Breakdowns have the opportunity to become breakthroughs.

My task is not to heal difficult people.
My task is to heal in myself what connects difficult people to me. - .healing

Do you ever find yourself in the same situation again and again. Attracting the same type of relationships. Maybe you only know how to operate in chaos. Maybe you don’t know how to accept genuine love. You simply aren’t attracted to what is good for you because you are so stuck in this old way of being.

Things will remain the same unless you go within. We come into situations because they give us a chance to grow.

We come into the same situations again and again because we haven’t selected growth. We haven’t gone within. Instead we have chose to blame outside sources and fix our physical surroundings. Decide to move to another city, state, or country and start fresh. Yes that’s what I need a fresh start, or this coffee, maybe I’ll get another assistant, or oh I know, take a vacation. We think yeah that’ll fix everything.

No matter where you go your problems will follow.

Before you try to fix someone else or blame someone else, see what you can heal within yourself. That’s where it all starts.
