WEDNESDAY — LONG RUN + RECOVERY
Join us at RENEGADE September 9th at 6pm for an hour-long run around Silver Lake Reservoir, followed by breathwork, cold plunge, recovery and refueling.

SATURDAY — SPEED WORK
Meet us in Santa Monica with Sound Running on Saturday September 12th at 9am for an 800m interval session built to put some speed in the legs as we head into the final weeks of training.
