A bit of our history....
During the '70s and '80s, CBS Realcorp Investment Partnerships, developed apartments and shopping centers throughout southern California.
Our multi-tenant commercial building in Northridge CA was located at the epicenter of the 1994 earthquake. The building was totally destroyed. It was rebuilt and opened for business within ten months.
Galaxi Realcorp was created in 1997 to develop triple net leased Gas Station/Fast Food projects.
In 1999, CBS Realcorp became an approved developer for some of the nation's largest retailers including Walgreens and CVS.
In the 70's and 80's, as one of the largest apartment developers in Los Angeles, Burt Goralnick was frequently interviewed on TV newscasts.
