In honor of all of those who have physically fought for our freedom in our great nation, please pray for those who have cursed you. Please pray for those who have offended you. Please pray for each other and lay down petty arguments. Please bring PEACE in all of the areas you are assigned to: cities, neighborhoods, churches, schools and even your grocery store while out shopping!

People are already used to being hated on. Being loved on...now that's quite an amazing thing isn't it? We have the power to STOP endless fighting.

Those who have gone before us fought for PEACE and prosperity. We must link arms with them to continue fighting for peace and prosperity. Our weapons of warfare are prayer and the word of God!

For all of those who have served in our military, have had loved ones who have served, and even had loved ones who died in battle: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! For such great sacrifice, I declare great reward! Blessings to you!!

They turned out great! Just got a drip line installed in them, now time to get flower arrangements planned. This was a God kiss...he helped me find an alternative that only cost me about $25 each plus some elbow grease versus $650. Win, win!

I had a fun project to work on over the weekend. I originally wanted a pair of planters from Frontgate, but they would have cost me $1,200+. So when I saw these at Home Goods I had a plan! With my hubby's help with creating some legs for me. They are now painted and ready for planting!

Every moment I'm awake, Lord have your way with me.

I didn't really wanted to paint these illustrations. Not because I didn't want to paint, but mostly because I hadn't wanted to pick up water color paints again. I was so mad at them the last time!

I was literally in high school the last time I used water color paints. After a particular art assignment I had said to myself that I would "never" paint with water colors again. But the Lord had something else to say about that.

I kept dreaming about all blue and white designs and I just couldn't shake it. Last week my little guy asked if we could paint. We didn't have time to get out the acrylics, so I pulled out a water color set instead. I decided to give it a go and I've been so pleasantly surprised. I even started playing the piano again this week too! It's as though I've been going down memory lane with the Lord. I have thoroughly enjoyed myself!
