Much talk about new court hearings about silencers, SBRs, AOW, and short barreled shotguns. It is good news, but most people are not affected until new guidance comes from the ATF. Once the ATF gives us new info, I will post updates.

News alert: Court win for silencers, SBR, and short barreled shotguns.
BUT, no change to laws and procedures yet. 7 days for government appeal.
This probably won't fix the NFA issues until appeals are complete and higher courts make ruling.
