Super excited for this weekend!

Heads up The Royal Rat will be there and set up both days but a friend will be running the booth on Saturday. Momma Rat and I have a family event we need to attend. We will both be back and running the booth on Sunday!

Not quite how I expected 4 yards of Sherpa to arrive but here we are😬😑

I made as many bats as I could with the black Sherpa I still had from Joann’s with the hope stock could last me through All Hallows Flea this weekend. You know THE Halloween market where bats will be very important.

But after selling out of bats this weekend I panic purchased fabric online and now I’m here🤦🏼‍♂️ Hoping a quick fluff in the dryer with work its magic and I’ll have some more bats for this weekend!

🚨 LAST CHANCE, FRIENDS! 🚨

You have TWO MORE CHANCES to shop the Royal Rat booth in person! After September, I’ll be pivoting entirely to an online business.

This is a big change, and definitely a little scary, but I’m excited for what’s ahead. Going online will give me more time and space to focus on growing my online presence, possibly exploring wholesale opportunities and, hopefully, build a stronger and more consistent income. It’s a big step as an independent artist — but one I’m really excited to take!

I truly can’t talk about this next chapter without saying THANK YOU to everyone who has shown up for me and my funky little business over the past three years.

Yall came out in the rain, snow, freezing cold, and everything in between. You stopped by, bought my weird little creations, shared my work, encouraged me, and reminded me that there are people out there who genuinely love the things I make. Your support has meant the absolute world to me. You proved to one very scared little artist that his work could find its people.

Now it’s time to take these little treasures and spread the joy to an even wider audience. So if you’ve been meaning to visit the Royal Rat booth in person, this is your last chance! Come say hi, snag something weird and wonderful, and help me send off this chapter!

You can find both the bat pillows and stuffed pumpkins/gourds over in Marietta at The Artful Nest

The head bands are definitely still in production but will find their way to the markets that are listed in my pinned post! I plan to also get them on the website once I have all the fall designs sewn up so you can shop all the fall designs at once!

I know it’s August and I know yall are definitely tired of see all my fall and halloween mice, BUT I’m so obsessed with how cute these little guys are this year!

Those who’ve been with me from the beginning have gotten a front row seat to the evolution of the mice but I really feel like I’m finally nailing it! 🐭👑
