🏠 Vintage Candy is looking for a new home facility in Marietta.
After many years in our current warehouse, we’re considering downsizing our physical operation and looking for a much smaller space that better fits the business needs today.
We’re looking for approximately 1,500–2,500 sq. ft. in Marietta / Northeast Marietta, ideally near Pickens Industrial, Sandy Plains, Canton Road or East Cobb.
Our needs are pretty simple:
Small private workspace for our existing employees
Light assembly and packing
Inventory and packaging storage
Regular delivery access
UPS/Amazon outbound shipments
Pallet-jack access
Ability to leave our equipment set up
We’re especially interested in short-term or flexible arrangements, subleases, excess space inside an existing commercial property, or something a little unconventional that may not be publicly listed.
We’re an established local business with our own people, equipment and operating process already in place — we just need a smaller, more efficient home.
