I just finished this adorable top by Spirit + Thread 🧶 Crochet Patterns and I’ve got to say it was the easiest wearable I’ve ever made! This cutie is getting its ends weaved in and then going to my closet but I have a large heading to the hive in the next couple of days as well as being listed in the shop

I’m truly floored by the support the community has shown me. It’s one thing to try something you believe in, but something entirely different when not just family and friends, but complete strangers believe in it too. My heart is so full and my brain is bursting with ideas.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me in any way, whether it’s shares, shoutouts, or sales. I’m so excited to bring something that has been needed in the community, and I’m even more excited to see what the future holds for it.

To the strangers I’ve met who not only bought my products, but gave me advice on how to reach out to their jobs or told me they want my products on their shelves… I can’t even explain the boost of confidence and overall sense of being right where I’m supposed to be that all of this has given me.

The 2nd Annual River Fest is bringing Downtown Marion to life this Saturday with free live music, great food, family fun, good vibes, and the River Fest Hive Mind Marketplace. Come spend the day along the riverfront, grab a lawn chair, listen to some music, enjoy DORA, and make a day of it with your friends and family.

Starting at 4:00 PM, the Hive Mind Marketplace will be filled with local makers, bakers, artists, creators, and small businesses. But behind every table is a real person. They are our neighbors and our friends. They are the people standing in line beside us at the grocery store, raising their families here, working other jobs, and putting their time, money, creativity, and heart into building something of their own.

When you shop with a small business, you're not just making a purchase. You're supporting a person. Every dollar spent locally makes a difference. It helps a maker buy more supplies, keep creating, grow their business, and continue being part of the community we all share.
