Strawberry ice makes its first appearance of the season! Using this beautiful dahlia in an arrangement today!

When I saw the color pop on Monday I suspected I’d be able to harvest this today. Once you see color on a dahlia you’ve got close to a week before you can even think of harvesting the stem. Whether dependent of course. Mother Nature thankfully played nice for me!

I see several more buds on this plant so watch for them in bunches this coming week!

It does not seem like it’s that time of year where the fed ex driver is dropping off packages of fall bulbs! But yet here we are and I’ve got several more specialty daffodils on order!

Last year was the first year for dinnerplate daffodils here. Loved them so much I ordered more! While it’s a bit too early to plant them, they’ll get stored in a dry, dark and as cool as I can find location until they’re ready to go in the ground. Should be about 3 weeks yet before they get planted. Look for these next season! They’re so obnoxious you don’t want to miss them!

Apologies from me this morning. I forgot to post that there were more fresh flowers available this morning, and I just checked and this is the last one available. Thank you so much for stopping and shopping local!

We will be close tomorrow (Friday) because we have a large order going out, I anticipate reopening Saturday and Sunday with first come, first serve availability!

Happy Sunday! We are fully restocked with first come, first serve bunches. Every stem was harvested this morning!

Tips to help make your flowers last through the holiday weekend:
💐Fresh water daily.
💐Snip a minimal amount off the bottom of the stems daily.
💐Keep out of direct sunlight.
💐Keep out of extreme heat.

Prices are marked on the tags. These bunches are significantly fuller than yesterday’s bunches, and have more dahlia, so they are $20 each. If you have questions about pricing, please feel free to reach out!
