This journal has one page for the thing you haven't told God yet.

Where I Bring Everything is the daily one. The raw one. The one you reach for at the end of a hard day when you're still carrying everything you picked up that morning.

No performance required. No eloquence. No having it figured out. Just come — and bring everything.

Each entry walks you through six quiet sections: today I'm bringing, what I'm asking for, what I'm afraid to ask for, what I'm grateful for even today, what I need Him to hold right now, and a closing — it's Yours, Amen.

Pairs beautifully with Volume Two, The Space Between Shalom, for the slower, deeper work.

Faith and healing woven together:

Today is Sabbath.
A day YHWH set apart not because the work was finished — but because rest itself is holy.
If you are carrying something heavy today, you are allowed to set it down.
Yeshua Hamashiach said: Come to me, all who are weary. I will give you rest.
Shabbat Shalom. 🕊️💜

Faith-based grief journal for the losses that don't have a schedule.

Grief doesn't wait for a convenient time.

It arrives in the middle of a grocery store. At 3am. On a Tuesday when nothing significant happened — except that it did.

Grief, Unscheduled is a printable faith journal with six repeatable page types for exactly those moments. For the grief that has no clean ending. For the losses that were never given a proper name.

Available at Whispering Keepsakes — link in bio.

What grief have you been carrying that never got a proper name? You don't have to share it — but you can. This is a safe place. 💜

Two weeks of showing up — for you and for this community.

Something happened to you. Not something wrong with you.

That shift — from disorder to story, from broken to surviving — changes everything. It changed everything for us.

If you found this page this week, welcome. If you've been here from the beginning, thank you.

YHWH knew you before any of this had language. He knows you now.

Still here. Together.

— The Troupe 🔥💜

When did you first hear "something happened to you" instead of "something is wrong with you"? Tell me in the comments. That moment matters.

Shadow work journal for C-PTSD, grief, anxiety, and sexual assault survivors — because the deeper wounds deserve deeper tools.

Still Here Volume Two goes to the hard places.

Written by someone who lived all of it. For the ones ready to go deeper — carefully, at their own pace, with prompts that don't flinch from what actually happened.

This is not a gentle introduction. It's for the ones who are past introduction and ready to go further in.

Available at Whispering Keepsakes — link in bio.

Shadow work journal for trauma survivors — because looking inward deserves a safe place to land.

Still Here Volume One is not asking you to be ready. It's asking you to be here.

Guided prompts written from lived experience — not clinical theory. For anyone beginning the quiet, necessary work of healing from the inside out.

If you've been thinking about starting shadow work but didn't know where to begin — this is where.

Grab your copy at the link in bio. Print it. Write in it. Come back to it.

Rhythm tells the nervous system that time is passing and it is safe and the moment will not last forever.

Rock if your body needs to rock. Breathe in for four, out for four.

What if your mind could become a canvas?

If you could paint your inner world, what would it look like?

Would it be a quiet forest where you finally feel safe?
A chaotic storm with lightning in every direction?
A house full of locked doors?
A galaxy filled with memories floating in the dark?
Or something no one else could ever understand?

Our inner worlds are often richer, heavier, and more beautiful than we let others see.

There are no right or wrong answers—only your truth.

🎨 Tell me in the comments:
If you could paint your inner world, what would it look like?

Sometimes one image can say what words never could.

💛 Save this prompt for the next time you need to reconnect with yourself.
