One thing I hope we outgrow as women is this quiet competition with one another.

The truth is, what God has for you doesn’t require me to lose. My light doesn’t dim because yours shines. Your beauty doesn’t make me less beautiful. Your business doesn’t stop mine from succeeding. Your promotion doesn’t cancel my purpose.

We have been conditioned to believe there’s only one seat at the table when God has been building tables with room for all of us.

Imagine the power of women who choose to collaborate instead of compare… who recommend each other, speak each other’s names in rooms full of opportunity, pray for each other, support each other’s businesses, fix each other’s crowns without announcing they were crooked, and celebrate wins as if they were our own.
