Okay, confession time — I have thin spots in my hair. Even as it’s been growing back and getting thicker in most places, there are still patches that are splotchy and that makes me feel really self-conscious. If you’re a woman over 50, you probably know exactly what I’m talking about. Hormonal changes, especially around perimenopause and menopause, can absolutely wreck your hair density. It’s one of those things nobody warns you about — and not enough people talk about. These Hair building fibers have been a total game changer for me. You just dust them into the thin spots and they cling to the hair you already have, making it look fuller and thicker instantly. No special skills, no salon appointment, no waiting for regrowth. Does it fix the underlying issue? No. But does it let me walk out the door feeling confident and put together on the days my hair isn’t cooperating? Absolutely yes. We’re not fading, we’re not hiding — but there’s nothing wrong with a good tool that helps you feel like yourself again. Save this if you’ve been dealing with the same thing. 💪 Style Edit Hair Building Fibers. Links below or in video or just ask! Oh , and as promised -the two products that have really helped my hair get longer and thicker with regular consistent use have been the Force Factor hair growth gummies, and the Medicube hair care bundle. I will do my best to link them, but if I’m not able to, you can find them in my showcase. #
