📢 Community Giveback Event Update
To our community, sponsors, volunteers, and everyone who planned to attend
It is with a heavy heart that we’ve made the decision to postpone our July 12 Community Giveback Event.
Over the past several days, our city has experienced difficult moments. With the forecast calling for rain and thunderstorms, along with several unexpected personal circumstances affecting members of our team and families, we believe postponing the event is the right decision.
This event has always been about bringing hope, smiles, and unity to our community. Rather than moving forward under these conditions, we’d rather take the time to ensure we can give our city the celebration it truly deserves.
Please know that this is only a postponement not a cancellation. We are already working to secure a new date and will announce it as soon as everything is confirmed. All of the planned attractions including the inflatables, game truck, mechanical bulls, laser tag, giveaways, and community resources will still be part of this special day.
To everyone who volunteered, sponsored, donated, or simply planned to attend, thank you. Your support means more than words can express.
During times like these, our city needs compassion, unity, and love more than ever. We ask that you continue to keep the families affected by recent events in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and for always standing with us. We look forward to coming together soon to celebrate our youth, strengthen our community, and remind one another that brighter days are ahead.
