Prescriptions & Medical Necessity
AME is an independent provider—we are not a government agency or affiliated with Medicare. Submitting a request does not mean automatic approval; every chair requires an official prescription from your doctor confirming medical necessity.
Insurance & Costs
Equipment is not free. By requesting a chair through us, you permit AME to verify your insurance benefits and request medical records directly from your doctor. Your insurance may be billed, and standard copays, deductibles, or out-of-pocket costs may apply depending on your plan.
