As I sit here sewing today I happened to think of those cartoon scenes like Tom and Jerry where a character is Sewing and sews their tail or finger or something to that which they are sewing. One might say they are telling kids that Sewing is dangerous. It can be, but I think they are really just telling viewers to pay attention while sewing. I have not sewn any part of me to anything I've been sewing... just a disclaimer.
