Want to surprise her with a ring? There’s one little detail that can make even the most thoughtful husband panic: What size does she wear?

The good news? You can figure it out without ruining the surprise.

Borrow a ring she already wears on the correct finger. Enlist her sister, best friend, or mom as your co-conspirator. Check her wishlist. And if you’re still completely stumped, come to me. We’ll figure it out together.

One important thing to remember: our rings are made to order and take approximately 3–4 weeks, so the earlier we start, the easier it is to get every detail just right.
