Es muy importante que planifiques un tiempo de recuperación suficiente! CADA CUERPO ES DISTINTO, pero es mejor tener suficiente en caso de que sea mas lenta!
7 dias es el MINIMO recomendable para la fase critica, en el que no vas a poder hacer la mayoria de las cosas por ti misma
