It's because somewhere between the thought and the invitation, it turns into a project.

Start with white🤍

White serving platters pull everything together to feel a whole lot simpler and uniform. And everything looks great on them! 🍲

We used to spend the whole morning at the grocery store every time we hosted. By the time people sho wed up we were tired and still had flour on our hands.

The fix: now every dish has a day it gets prepared BEFORE.

2 days ahead, 1 day ahead, the night before, the morning of and 30 mins before.

With this formula, by two o'clock you're doing your hair, not your dishes. That's what Southern hospitality should feel like for the hostess too.
