Continuing our with DEANE Inc....

This new construction project was built around a bold point of view — layers of materials, moody colors, and mixed metals that go well beyond the expected. A custom blackened stainless hood with burnished trim and Cartier screw rivets frames the Wolf Dual Fuel Range and 15" Induction Cooktop. Dark Allure Quartzite, leatherized black Lido Granite, hand-painted Moroccan zellige tile, and a butler's pantry dressed in Hail Navy with Ajen Blue Quartzite do the rest. The result is industrial, warm, and completely intentional.

Panel ready, built-in, or fully integrated?

The terms get mixed up often, but each describes a distinct installation style for your kitchen. Panel ready appliances accept custom cabinet panels that may sit slightly proud, built-in units are engineered to align flush with standard cabinet depth, and fully integrated models conceal the entire unit—doors, hinges, and all—for an invisible finish.

For the month of September, our highlights the work of DEANE Inc., located in Stamford, Connecticut.

A thoughtful wall removal and 6-foot addition made all the difference here — creating space for a kitchen that truly works. Bleached white oak cabinetry, white shiplap ceilings, and hand-textured box beams set a layered, organic tone, while a blackened stainless hood, Moroccan zellige backsplash, and oiled walnut island countertop add just the right amount of edge. For an avid home chef, the appliance lineup delivered: a 48" Wolf Dual Fuel Range as the centerpiece, Wolf Induction Cooktops and a Convection Steam Oven, twin Sub-Zero Column Refrigeration, and dual Galley Workstations built for serious cooking.

To conclude our with Peregrine Design Build...

The clients wanted to reorganize their first floor to create a more functional space for everyday living. Their dining room was underutilized, while the kitchen felt too small for the whole family to comfortably cook, gather, and spend time together.

At the heart of the new kitchen is a suite of Wolf appliances, selected to complement the way this family loves to cook and entertain.

The result is a kitchen that not only feels larger and more connected to the rest of the home, but also truly supports the way the clients want to live: cooking together, entertaining with ease, and spending more time as a family.
