Meet the Maker ✨

I’m so grateful you found your way to my cozy, crochet corner. My name is Michele, and I am a wife, mom and full-time CPA. I picked up crochet in 2025 during my pregnancy hoping to make a hat for my daughter, and one month later I started my small business, Monarch Threads.

Crochet has brought so much joy, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to my life that I otherwise wouldn’t have in my full-time job. I try to keep it low stress (not taking on too many custom orders, signing up for a few local markets that fit into my schedule) and have truly found a passion in designing my own crochet patterns.

I love spending time with family and friends, weight lifting and finding a new coffee shop or local bakery to try.
