Behind the scenes of a baby shower setup, and a little honesty about our process. 🎈

Every baby shower needs a photo backdrop moment, which is exactly why our balloons and backdrop combo is our number one seller for showers. This one came with a twist: it was outside, on a wooden backdrop, which makes us a little nervous every time.

So today was full of challenges. Can the crew pull off a setup without the owner stepping in? It’s basically surgery. “I need you to make sure that stays.” Spoiler: she came back, and we figured it out together.

This is exactly why we don’t love backdrops outside. But we always do our best, and we always find the option that works (option one, option two, option three, or just hold it while you snap the photo).

Junecember is in full swing. 🎓

This was grad #10 this week, and we treated it like the milestone it is. Full event planning from the ground up: arch for the entrance moment, marquee letters, tents, vendor coordination, and a color palette built around her vision.

Graduations run open-house style, so seating is everything. We set up garage dining, high tops, and overflow seating so guests could float in and out all afternoon.

The details are what make it: a send-off station where everyone wrote messages to the grad, a mobile bar, a candy bar, and Millie’s ice cream (because it’s June, and what’s a grad party without it).
