I think we are just going to remain closed today. The weather doesn’t look very promising. On the plus side of that, I had originally planned to be closed tomorrow since we will be celebrating my daughter’s birthday today. But, since I have dough prepped and ready to bake, I’ll go ahead and open the doors tomorrow.

Well I made a mistake and forgot to set the frozen loaves out last night for today guys. 😭 So I’ve only got a few single pumpkin rolls out there today and one loaf of sourdough. Sorry about that guys. Not sure how I let that slip my mind. On the plus side, Baked Gems is bringing goodies so you can still get some yummy treats today.

Thank you guys for a sold out Saturday. I think we were sold out of baked goods by 10 am! I will have some more maple pumpkin rolls out tomorrow. I’ll also have some previously frozen loaves too. These are only $5 and great to use now or refreeze to use later.

Good morning! You guys have already showed up this morning! There is one slice baklava focaccia left and one pack of cinnamon rolls left. There is still plenty of sourdough. I also put my newest boxy bag out there. This one was hard to let go of lol. It’s my favorite print so far and I can’t find anymore. If it doesn’t sell I’ll probably keep it 😂 Baked Gems brought over some amazing goodies too! If you haven’t tried her oatmeal cream pies you are missing out! 🤤 We are open until 7 so come on by

Happy Saturday! Yesterday was chaotic so I’ve only got bread out there and some fun sewing projects from earlier this week. I’m waiting for the blueberry 🫐 white chocolate to finish cooling and then those will be out there too. Baked Gems brought all the fall flavors today. Including caramel apple oatmeal crème pies 🍎 , pecan pie cookies, 🍪 and iced pumpkin bread 🎃

Check out this weird rampicante squash. This plant has given me weird flowers all season. I knew something was up with it but decided to wait it out and see since its leaves were so massive and beautiful. I had never seen leaves so big on a rampicante plant before. Then it started giving me fruit like this. Notice there is no seed pod at the end and there is also no reason for the fruit itself to be twisted in this odd shape. It wasn’t wrapped around anything and there were multiple out there like this. I’m thinking it’s a case of parthenocarpy. But maybe I’m wrong. If you have any other ideas comment below.

I had some leftover cinnamon roll dough so I threw these together for tomorrow. Mozzarella stuffed garlic rolls. They turned out better than I expected.
