Let me very warmly congratulate you, Your Excellency, Engr. Chief David Nweze Umahi (FNSE, FNATE, CON) - Governor of Ebonyi State and Your Excellency, Barr. Eric Kelechi Igwe (PhD Law) - Deputy Governor, on your resounding victory at the Court of Appeal today, reversing the Justice Inyang Ekwo judgment of March 8, 2022.

Indeed, the trust we have in our judiciary never wavers and so, this victorious news was not by any stretch, in doubt. Our confidence in the judicial system kept us focused in discharging our mandates of good governance to Ebonyi people.

To our beloved Ebonyians, thank you for keeping faith with the Government of Ebonyi State. Congratulations to us all.

I wish to use this medium to thank God Almighty, the Creator of Heaven and Earth, the Maker of Kings and Leaders, for His benevolence, love, Grace and mercies upon us all.

In a very special way, I appreciate all our stakeholders, beginning with our great leader and father of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Engr. Chief David Nweze Umahi (FNSE, FNATE) - Governor of Ebonyi State; and let me also crave your indulgence to appreciate my dear friend and brother, His Excellency, Barr. Eric Kelechi Igwe (PhD Law) Deputy Governor; and my distinguished leader, Chief Stanley Okoro Emegha - State Party Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and all our stakeholders, for finding me worthy to lead the line as the All Progressives Congress (APC) Gubernatorial Candidate of Ebonyi State. Distinguished leaders of our dear State, with the Grace and Wisdom of God, I’ll handle this massive trust with unflinching care, love and purpose for Ebonyi people.

Most significantly, I wish to thank all my fellow aspirants for the 2022 Gubernatorial Primary elections in the State, for their firm belief and beautiful ideas for a better Ebonyi State.
