Nerd Street is hosting this month's Pokémon Trade Day on August 15th!

Bring your binders and trade with our community's other Pokémon trainers. Look for the cards you have been missing from your collection and participate in the Poké-fun!

- Participants are not required but are highly encouraged to present valid player IDs.
- Participants who provide a valid player ID during the trade day will be awarded with one Series 8 prize pack.
- Participants who sign up for a Pokémon player ID during the trade day will be awarded one sticker sheet of their choice and one prize pack.
During the trade day, other Pokémon-related activities will be offered to participants. These include demos of the Pokémon TCG, Pokémon-themed bingo, coloring sheets, crosswords, and more!

*Dates will remain consistent to the third Saturday of every month except in the case of national holidays or if otherwise noted.
*All products offered are while supplies last.

Date: Saturday, July 18th
Time: 4:00 PM (Please arrive 10-15 minutes early)
Entry Fee: $39.99 + tax
Player Capacity: Strictly limited to 12 players

🔍 How It Works (Sealed Format)
No need to bring a pre-built deck! This is a Sealed Deck tournament, which is perfect for players of all skill levels.
Every player will receive 6 Booster Packs of the new set inside your prerelease kit
You'll open your packs and build a 40-card deck using only those cards.
Unlike standard Lorcana play, you can mix more than two ink colors in your Sealed deck!
We will play 3 Swiss rounds of friendly matches.

Join Nerd Street for Magic Presents: God of Mischief!

God of Mischief is a three-versus-one Commander event. One player assumes the role of Loki, the God of Mischief, and has access to a set of advantages called "Loki's Tricks." The other three players team up against Loki, braving the significant advantages provided by Loki's Tricks. Each player will receive one Secrets of Strixhaven promotional prize pack for participation and one "Hellcat, Undying Vigilante" promo card.

We had a great prerelease tournament for the newest Pokémon set, Mega Evolution - Pitch Black! Exciting rounds were played and some cool cards were pulled out of the Pitch Black and Series 8 prize packs.

It has been a blessing to see our Pokémon community grow not just by way of collecting, but also by playing. We hope to continue to provide a safe, welcoming, and joyful environment to our players as we grow and add more Pokémon events to our roster.

What an incredible 4th of July!

We opened our doors bright and early to celebrate, and the crowd didn't disappoint! The store was packed full of excited families, gamers, collectors, and friends waiting for the fireworks throughout the morning and into the afternoon.

To add to the excitement, our Pokémon Pitch Black Prerelease was a huge success with an awesome turnout and some fantastic matches.

Thank you to everyone who decided to spend a part of America's 250th with us!

Nerd Street is now selling books and comics. The awesome Cassie just became our first customer to ever buy a book, Dungeon Crawler Carl. Look forward to seeing more books in our store.

We will be selling novels, especially science fiction and fantasy. Other book genres to come.

Join Nerd Street for the prerelease event for Pokémon Mega Evolution - Pitch Black!

Participation Requirements:
• A valid Pokémon Player ID. (Sign up for a Player ID at pokemon.com).
• Base-level knowledge of how to play the Pokémon TCG.
(Don't know how to play? Nerd Street offers learn-to-plays!)

*Children under 16 are not allowed to participate without a parent or guardian present for the complete duration of the event.

Entry fee:
$39.99 (Tax not included.)
Entry into the tournament is through the purchase of one Pokémon Pitch Black Build & Battle Box which contains:
• One 40-card deck
• Four Pitch Black Booster Packs

Event Schedule:
1:30 PM – Registration Opens
2:00 PM – Deck Building Begins
2:30 PM – Round 1
3:00 PM – Round 2
4:00 PM – Round 3
4:30 PM – Awards

Players who complete all three rounds will receive three Pitch Black booster packs and one Series 8 prize pack at the end of the event.
