This Sunday, May 24th, we’ll close the doors of our SpectroDolce Monroeville Mall location with hearts full of gratitude. 💛🍦

What started as a dream became so much more than a sweets shop.

It became a place where friendships formed.
Where laughter echoed through the mall.
Where confidence grew one shift at a time. ✨

We’ve watched so many neurodivergent associates gain workplace experience, build independence, and graduate from our workplace training program into jobs of THEIR choosing — living life on THEIR terms. 🥹🌈

To every past and present associate…
To every coach…
To every customer who stopped in for a scoop, a smile, or a conversation…

THANK YOU. 💛

You helped create a place filled with joy, belonging, opportunity, and purpose.

You helped to continue to narrow the unemployment gap amongst the adult neurodivergent workforce ... which is a whopping 85%.

Before we say “see you later” to Monroeville, we’d love for you to stop by this weekend for one last treat, one last memory, and one last celebration with us. 🍨💕

SpectroDolce officially hit the road with our NEW food trailer this weekend, and WOW! 💙✨

This weekend, we were honored to support THREE amazing events:
📍 Camporee 250 at Bushy Run Battlefield w/ Westmoreland Fayette Council, Scouting America
📍 Community Day 2026
📍 Little Blessings Farm Petting Zoo and Boutique (thanks to Grilled Cheese, Please!)
…and let’s just say the vibes were IMMACULATE. 🙌🐐🍧

From waffles and ice cream to freeze-dried treats, gourmet fudge, gummies, sodas, smiles, and mission-driven moments… SpectroDolce was BUSY busy. And honestly? We wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. 💪💫

BUT… can we PLEASE take a moment for the REAL MVPs of this weekend…

OUR. TEAM. ❤️

Y’all… this crew was unexpectedly short staffed and still showed up in FULL GO MODE from start to finish. No complaints. No slowing down. Just heart, hustle, teamwork, laughter, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to the mission. 🥹🔥

They served hundreds of people with kindness and energy while navigating long lines, nonstop events, setup/teardown, travel, heat, and all the chaos that comes with launching a trailer weekend across multiple locations. And they did it with SMILES ON THEIR FACES. 💙

We could not be prouder of this team.

Not just because they worked hard…
…but because of WHY they work hard.

Every scoop served, every treat sold, every customer interaction supports meaningful employment opportunities and workplace training programs for neurodivergent people.

THIS is bigger than desserts. This is purpose. This is inclusion. This is community.

After an incredibly successful weekend supporting THREE events (two completely unexpected!) with our NEW Spectro-Mobile trailer 🚐 and as we prepare for the exciting Grand Opening of our new Westmoreland Mall location 🎉, our Monroeville Mall location will be CLOSED Monday & Tuesday.

We’re thrilled to continue serving many of your favorite treats while honoring the incredible legacy of Main Street Sweets. Alongside SpectroDolce favorites, guests can also look forward to beloved MSS menu items returning, including popular shakes, Dubai strawberry cups, cold brews, and more! 💙

Today, we are celebrating another incredible SpectroDolce graduate — our sweet Zoe!!! 💙✨

From day one, Zoe has brought kindness, determination, humor, and such a beautiful spirit to our SpectroDolce family. Watching her grow in confidence, develop her skills, and shine brighter and brighter has been such an honor. And if today proved anything, it’s that Zoe is MORE than ready for this next exciting chapter! 🥹👏

Zoe officially graduated from SpectroDolce today and will soon be joining the team at Tastyland in Monroeville — and WOW are they lucky to have her!!! 🎉🍦 We already know she’s going to make an amazing team member and brighten the days of everyone she meets. 💫

A HUGE thank you to Nothing Bundt Cakes for helping us celebrate Zoe in the sweetest way possible with a gluten free raspberry bundt cake — HER FAVORITE! 🍰💜 Your kindness made this day even more special.

And honestly… the BEST part? Those giant goodbye hugs from Zoe today. 🥹💙 Those are the moments that stay with you forever. Watching our participants reach their goals, gain independence, and step confidently into their futures is exactly why we do what we do at SpectroDolce.
