The practice of being grateful; experiencing gratitude is the feeling or attitude of appreciation; of being thankful for the abundant simple, blessings we often do not even notice...

I have observed these past few days so many are on this trend of claiming a 'word' for this year; as a 65 year old women who has participated many new years traditions, rituals and resolutions - the choosing of a 'word' was not working for me. With great discernment; this year with all the wisdom I have collected for all these years - I am discovering my soul is feeling more aligned with honoring, collecting and experiencing daily kindnesses for my mind, body and soul...

I stumbled upon this wonderful list of gratitude goodnesses for the body, mind and soul. I appreciate gentle nudges; these daily gentle reminders and practices of gratitude to self... My soul knows such peace when I recalibrate my state of being to be grateful, hopeful, calm, peaceful, compassionate and loving...
