ANNOUNCEMENT:

We have been absorbing the majority of our material cost increases over the past decade with minimal price increases. Over the past decade, our prices both retail and wholesale have increased by average of 2% per year.

Unfortunately, that is no longer possible.

Beginning June 1, 2026, pricing will increase on all HMS manufactured products by $8.00 per unit. The pricing will be reflected on the website beginning June 1st.

This includes:
HMs Tire Conditioners, HMS Tire Cleaners and HMS Tire Enhancers.

We hate it, but we simply can't absorb anymore of the cost.

BUSINESS FOR SALE:

We are semi retiring and are considering selling HMS.

A few terms and conditions:

1. This is a sale. Not a lease to own. Not a layaway plan.

2. All assets including intellectual properties, stock, equipment, sales history, inventory, etc are included. No real estate is included in the sale.

3. Best case would be to have the sale complete by the end of October.

4. Some customers names will be blacked out in our sales history to protect their identity.

5. If we cannot come to terms with a buyer this year, the business will continue as it has since 2001.

7. This will not be discussed here nor will perspective buyers.

8. This is a cash sale or cash with real estate as partial payment.
