I often hear, "Oh that's too much sugar" or something similar from parents or health conscious people. So I found/made this helpful chart that shows exactly how much sugar is in the 'junk food' treats we give our kids. What I didn't add is how much sugar is in "healthy" treats (fruit, juice, etc)

🍎Apple- 19 to 25 grams

🥤Smoothie (from a business) - 50 to 120 grams

🍎🥤8 oz Apple juice no added sugar - 24 to 28 grams

🍇🥤 1 cup Grape Juice, no added sugar - 36 grams

🥭 1 medium mango - 45 grams

I could list all day. The point is, even the healthiest 'treat' can have a lot of natural sugar. So once in a while, you can get that bag of cotton candy without the guilt!

🤔 We are exploring options for dye free cotton candy. We could only do one or two flavors and it would have to be a slightly higher price as the floss sugar would be more expensive. What do we think? ❤️ for yes, 😯 for no or comment to tell me your thoughts!
