This one’s for anyone who reaches for Muscadet or a bone-dry Sauvignon Blanc. Bright, briny, high acid, built for seafood. If you love oysters or just want something crisp enough to cut through a hot Charleston afternoon, this is your glass.

Ch*****ne is fabulous. It just doesn’t have exclusive rights to bubbles. This Loire Valley sparkler brings crisp apple, citrus, a little brioche, and plenty of lively fizz. Fresh, festive, and food friendly. Bubbles first. Occasion optional.

Pairs perfectly with fish and chips.
