Sunday at my local goodwill was better to me than my out of town trip yesterday! Funny how that works 🤯

A little side ✨sappy ✨ note- my Granna and grandad moved to Alaska a few years ago and built a home on the property they bought- it was my grandads dream to live there. (Total badass building a home at 75 years old btw)

He unexpectedly passed away 12/9/25 and it’s been a weird almost year of firsts without him. I never saw ANYTHING Alaska themed until his passing and now- I come across it all the time and I can’t help but think he’s there with me.

As soon as I saw this little Alaska Starbucks cup today at goodwill, I couldn’t help but smile. I love you and miss you so much grandad. I hope you’re enjoying Alaska in heaven 🤍

Came home tonight to some extra-special goodies that my Memaw & Dad have passed down to me from our family, and I just had to share. ❤️

One of my favorite parts of receiving these treasures is the sweet little handwritten notes my Memaw includes with each item. I look forward to reading every single one & I know I’ll treasure those notes just as much as the things themselves. 🥹

My Memaw passed down her love of plants, thrifting & giving old things a second life! I feel so incredibly honored to take after her. ❤️ I hope you always know how much I love you, Memaw. ❤️

And these cookie cutters?! Knowing they were HANDCRAFTED by my Memaw’s great-great-grandfather is absolutely mind-blowing. How freaking cool is that?! 😭🥹

Pictured are a few of the super cool treasures I was given today, plus this gnarly hand-crank butter churn and a pie bird collection that I am absolutely obsessed with. 😍

Feeling extra grateful tonight to be the keeper of a few little pieces of our family’s history. ❤️✨
