J Mar Fabrics was born from a love of sewing, color, and heritage — and from a desire to create something truly my own. Inspired by the vibrant beauty of Ankara fabrics and the deep stories they carry, this shop connects me to generations of makers and dreamers before me who stitched love into every seam. The name “J Mar” honors my parents, Joe and Marjorie, whose wisdom, creativity, sacrifice, and faith shaped the woman I’ve become. Like the Velveteen Rabbit, I believe beauty becomes real through love via the care, intention, & fortitude that we bring to life each day. J Mar Fabrics celebrates this spirit, "where vision & beauty are fabricated into reality."
