I created a card for this month’s Unity Stamp Co Challenge, and that inspired my card created for CR314 this week. Both were inspired by my grandson’s unfortunate knee injury/surgery! Putting a ribbon bow on birdie’s knee oughtta make it better, right?

I can't believe the week is already ending!
For Card 5, I used my spirit animal — Crafty Pissy Kitty — proudly admiring her handcrafted creation while surrounded by the glorious craftermath of creativity. 🐱✨
Sadly, the photo didn’t capture the teeny gold glitter bits that somehow escaped the jar onto her mesk (messy desk), so I added a little extra bling to give PK's card the attention it truly deserved!
Tell me… when you give someone a handmade card, do you secretly hope for a dramatic GASP of delight? 😲 Or are you perfectly content earning a coveted spot on the fridge? 😂

For Day 4, a Food Pun card! I wanted to use multiple small images together, so I busted out a postal collage die that has been patiently waiting in my stash! Playing around with the two Unity stamp sets until they fit the spaces, I did some masking and ink-blending before coloring the details. To help the collage stand out from the busy patterned paper background, I added a small mat of red cardstock to highlight the perforation holes between the “stamps.” (Please ignore the black on the top and right of card - those are shadows captured by the camera!) So, tell me ... do you find this card cheesy or punny??

For Day 3, Workout Wednesday! Nah, just kidding - but doesn't Pissy Kitty make sweatbands look chic!?!? Retro colors of pink, purple and aqua set the tone, can you hear the music blasting?! I can just imagine Supermodel Pissy Kitty walking the Runway in the lastest couture creation!

For Day 2, I could not choose just one cute critter, so I used a trio! These little guys are so easy to color up with just a few strokes of alcohol markers right where the stamp is detailed. Added oval die cuts to create a peek-a-boo scene to keep it light and cheery! Which cutie is your favorite?

Hello, Monday! It's my week as the GIU guest to share my card creations with the fabulous Unity Stamp Co community, and I had to start it off with the charmingly cantankerous Pissy Kitty! Something about that face just spoke to me, and little did I know, it was the beginning of my new obsession! Bet you can't buy just one!!
