With Purpose Collective is proud to introduce our newest service: 1-on-1 coaching for teen girls ages 15 to 19.

This personalized experience is designed to help young women discover their voice, navigate life after high school with confidence, and create meaningful goals that prepare them for what’s next. Whether they’re exploring college, careers, or simply finding direction, we’re here to help them take their next step with purpose.

Our founder, Alexis Butler, has a deep passion for expanding educational access and empowering young women to reach their full potential. With more than five years of experience in higher education, Alexis has guided hundreds of students through some of life’s biggest transitions. She is excited to bring that same encouragement, strategy, and support to the next generation through personalized coaching.

Today is national vision board day and I am so grateful that I was able to bring together these women yesterday. We spent some intentional time to set goals, remind reflect on who we are, get rid of things we no longer carry and celebrating wins from 2025.

Big thank you to for allowing me to pour into this amazing group of young girls! 💫 Together, we created custom journals and planners—tools to help them set goals, stay organized, and walk boldly in their purpose.

We chose “Trust the Process” as our summer theme—a powerful reminder that growth takes time, grace, and intention. Each girl also wrote a note to herself, which I’ll return at the end of camp as a reflection of how she stayed rooted in her purpose and committed to her goals. 💕

This is more than a summer activity—it’s a purposeful journey.
