Ever thought, “If only I could get my hands on FRESH bacopa, but there’s absolutely nowhere to get it!” Well, now you have a source— introducing, Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri), known widely as a traditional Ayurvedic herb called Brahmi. I will bring a few pots to both Nevada City Farmers Market on Saturday and Sacramento Central Farmers Market on Sunday.

You can grow your own fresh Brahmi. An intensely bitter but amazing herb, chew on some fresh leaves in the morning with some honey, or make a cup of tea to start your day. Or, dry and make your own capsules.
