The September Knitalong is an Infinity (Mobius) Scarf, which will involve using the Kitchener Stitch. The Kitchener stitch also known as grafting is a great way to join projects with a comfortable invisible seam.
British Secretary of State for War Lord Kitchener famously called on civilians to knit socks with a seamless toe for soldiers to prevent painful rubbing, blisters, and severe infections like trench foot in the waterlogged trenches.
