📌 CANCELLATIONS

Less than 2 items → 50% fee

2–5 items → 20% fee per item

Orders $100+ → $25 flat fee per person order
(No exceptions once materials are purchased or production starts.)

📌 EXTRA / RUSH ORDERS

No extras a

fter deadline or delivery. Rush (event-day only, if time allows) → +$5 per item

📌 BULK ORDERS

10+ items must be paid in full, in advance. No payment, no order.
