Named after our family matriarch, Josephine Luke, who’s nickname was PHINA, and made possible by our family patriarch, Frank Simone, who owned Paradise Bowling Lanes located on the same property from 1959-1995, PHINA represents family to us. We’ve even incorporated actual bow

ling lanes into the new stores check-out counter.
