Even I get a failed print every once in a while. It especially hurts when it is a full plate.

Sharing this one with you guys to see if anyone knows the root cause. I have my theory.

Same file. Same settings. Two printers side by side. One plate came out perfect. The other did this, halfway through a two day print, right at the hex pockets.

That roll sat in a dryer for 48 hours before it ever went on the machine.

So what is your call: moisture hiding in the core of the roll, or just a bad batch? The brand is fired either way. The returns are already boxed.
