Happy Father’s Day! My father, a traveling small businessman, dealt with purchasing and selling goods in both cities and villages. Despite his illiteracy, he recognized the significance of reading and writing during his business trips. It was crucial for him to comprehend addresses written on vehicles and streets. This experience prompted him to send his children to school, despite the fact that many kids in my remote hometown didn't have the opportunity to attend school even in the early nineties. I was fortunate enough to be one of the few children from our family who could complete school and university. Nevertheless, the image of my father's happy face, despite his hardships, remains etched in my mind forever.
