I swear, this my face when I'm about to take a 3-day process and re-engineer it into 3 minutes.⠀
⠀
I hate wasting time on stupid work. And if anything in my work is repeated, standardizable and manual, it's stupid.⠀
⠀
Whether it's building a pipeline to clean up and prep my data, a dashboard to scale my reporting or automated tagging systems to organize work and tasks, I'll be the first to build an automated process to take care of it.⠀

You can't get time back, so I'm obsessed with saving it 🤷🏻‍♀️ What about you?⠀

Previously in my post I’ve shared one of my recent “ failures“.⠀..⠀
👩🏼‍💻Many of you wanted to know what was the task about. So, it was a pretty cool mockup and I had to code it using React.⠀..⠀
Fortunately, the company gave me a feedback, pointing at my mistakes.⠀
1. Inside the
tag I’ve put tags, without tags. 😒⠀
2. Inside another tag, I’ve put tags without tags. 🤷‍♀️⠀
3. The Mockup had 3 pretty complex animations, and I’ve implemented just one of those. ( I had to use a pretty big JS scripts for it and thought it’s too much for just one task). 🤷‍♀️⠀..⠀
🔸Conclusion:⠀
🔸Try to complete everything you see on the task.⠀
🔸Probably the company won’t consider you if you were not able to complete the task 100%.⠀
🔸I’ve heard some people saying you actually have to do more than required.⠀..⠀

Wrapping my head around how much interest there is in having this project succeed has been a one-way ticket on the struggle bus 😅 still waiting for its return from challengeville.⠀

4.5 years into working full time, I know myself well enough to say that:⠀
⠀
1⃣ I always feel really uncomfortable sharing goals, always, not because it's not useful, but accountability can be both a lot of pressure and...⠀
⠀
2⃣ ...yet, highly motivating. I do my best work and the most growing under pressure. Which is why I always just need to get over myself 😂 When you stop being uncomfortable, you stop growing.⠀

I don't know if it's just me feeling like this but can't do nothing now 🤷🏻‍♀️ the goals are out there so I guess we better deliver!⠀
