It can be extremely hard to put aside negative feelings when you’re in a stressful situation. Even being around people/situations that trigger you, can make your anxiety levels raise and this is totally understandable. Try to distract yourself from focusing on these triggers, or speak to a friend/ trusted person. Give yourself a certain amount of time to feel the emotions of your situation and once that time is up, tell yourself that you’ve dwelled on this long enough and it’s time to focus on other things in your life ✨
