Little sneak peek at something we are working on. Modeling NY City in 1981, I need roll off trucks. They were everywhere. While there have been some great dumpsters made over the years, nobody has ever made a proper roll off hoist. So, I am.

This is loosely patterned off a Galbreath AH60 hoist. This is a "me" project, so I do not know what will be included when I do eventually list them, but I have parts drawn for the frames, raised and lowered cylinders, bumpers, tool box, hydraulic tank, etc. I do have 3 different dumpsters drawn too.

This is just a very early test print. The Mack DM600 body and tires are Ralph Ratcliff items. (No, I am not doing truck bodies, I leave that to others).

One of my favorite parts of the St. Louis announcement's are the EMD Roots blowers. Used for exhaust scavenging on the engines, they are relatively unchanged from the time the 567 was introduced in 1938, through the end of 645E production. Our blower set comes with 2 pairs, in correct left and right drive shaft orientations. They have full internal lobe detail, as well as end case detail. This is kind of a mid-production case style (typical EMD, there's about 10 different rib patterns). This is another part that will be included in our fully detailed and componentized 567 kit in development that I hope to release this fall.

Hopefully I can get all of our new parts on the website in the next few days, its been a busy week, and frankly, I needed some non-model railroad recovery time from the build up to St. Louis.
