Juxtapose

Allie Andrews and Lelia Nelson are the designing duo behind Juxtapose; a New York City based clothing line. Both hailing from the Deep South, they found a common ground in designing women’s clothing (and obsessing over shoes). Together, they began laying the foundation for Juxtapose in the Summer of 2010. Their first collection for the following Spring, was a true reflection of the brand’s mission

: to create beautiful pieces for women, mixing prints and styles, while keeping a timeless aesthetic. This perfectly coincides with the definition of the word juxtapose, for which their line was named.

As the brand continues to evolve and produce collection after collection; that timeless aesthetic remains. Locally made in New York City, Juxtapose hopes to offer classic pieces that can mix with your existing wardrobe. Often being inspired by the past, each new collection seems to take an era and put a fresh new spin on it.
