Thank you to everyone who shopped, talked, traded, laughed, and spent time with us this past weekend at Anime NYC. 💙
Our hearts are very full.
Our backs and feet are very sore. 😅
We came into this weekend with some pretty big goals, and because of you—the fans, customers, collectors, and community—we absolutely crushed them. The support you showed us all weekend was beyond anything we could have asked for.
And I need to give the biggest thank you to our staff.
Thank you for the early mornings, the late nights, the hard work, and the incredible customer service. From pricing cards and making deals, to lifting boxes, answering endless questions, staying patient through the chaos, and representing Kirwan’s with professionalism all weekend long.
And, to be honest? Thank you for just being the absolute fu***ng best.
There is so much work that goes into doing a convention like Anime NYC that most people will never see. I’m incredibly grateful for the team we built and have behind us. Everything they do to create the experience you get when you shop with Kirwan’s at a convention is incredible to see.
And now for the exciting part…
Next year, we’re going even bigger.
We’ll have a FULL ISLAND at Anime NYC 2027.
That opportunity is only possible because of the support you showed us this weekend. We’re already excited about what we can build with that space and how we can bring an even bigger, better Kirwan’s experience to Anime NYC next year.
