More than 25 years ago, Francois-Xavier Delmas ("FX") created Palais des Thés with a simple idea: to help people discover the rich world of tea and introduce them to its many pleasures. This same passion still drives us all today. In our 21 boutiques (Europe, Israel, Japan and the Unites State) and at us.palaisdesthes.com, we offer a wide selection of all types of teas:
- our Signature Blends ("C

réations from Paris"): each is inspired by a moment of pleasure such as a hot bath in Istanbul ("Thé du Hammam"), the delicate smell of cherry trees in Kyoto ("Fleur de Geisha") or an intimate Buddhist ceremony in Tibet ("Thé des Moines")
- our single-estate teas: plain teas from single plantations, hand-selected by us for their incredible and fine taste,
- or our grands crus: these rare and ephemeral teas, available in small batches and at certain times of the year only, that we are able to access thanks to our strong relationships with producers. So try them and let us know what you think! We are looking forward to hearing from you soon!

How about trying a sorbet… made with tea or herbal infusion? 🍨🌿
It’s a unique, ultra-refreshing way to enjoy your favorite blends.

Here is a simple recipe made just for you using Organic Berry fields : a delicious blend of grains and red berries. ☀️🌾

Makes 6 popsicles:
👉 0,4 oz (about 3 tbsp) of Organic Berry fields loose tea
👉 4 to 5 ripe strawberries
👉 1 tsp of agave syrup

1️⃣ Steep the loose tea in 1 cup of water at 195°F for 7 minutes. Strain, stir in the agave syrup, and let it cool.
2️⃣ Finely slice the strawberries and distribute them into popsicle molds. Top them off with the infusion.
3️⃣ Pop them in the freezer for at least 5 hours (or overnight)… and enjoy!

Last Sunday, we celebrated Bastille Day in New York City with 🎉

Located in the French Garden, our team had the best time connecting over tea with everyone who dropped by, and introducing our tea and herbal infusion collections, as well as our new matcha collection.
