More than 25 years ago, Francois-Xavier Delmas ("FX") created Palais des Thés with a simple idea: to help people discover the rich world of tea and introduce them to its many pleasures. This same passion still drives us all today. In our 21 boutiques (Europe, Israel, Japan and the Unites State) and at us.palaisdesthes.com, we offer a wide selection of all types of teas:
- our Signature Blends ("Créations from Paris"): each is inspired by a moment of pleasure such as a hot bath in Istanbul ("Thé du Hammam"), the delicate smell of cherry trees in Kyoto ("Fleur de Geisha") or an intimate Buddhist ceremony in Tibet ("Thé des Moines")
- our single-estate teas: plain teas from single plantations, hand-selected by us for their incredible and fine taste,
- or our grands crus: these rare and ephemeral teas, available in small batches and at certain times of the year only, that we are able to access thanks to our strong relationships with producers. So try them and let us know what you think! We are looking forward to hearing from you soon!
