Good day model bus fans! Im keeping this short because long messages seen to get deleted. There are multiple issues with the Facebook Business.

As we transition into the new shop we, we will remail closed through the first quater of 2022 in order to rebuild the shop. Due to the pandemic, we have severely limited staff and resources. We will be issuing refunds for incomplete work, and the remainder of work that is done will be shipped from the new shop. Again we will not be taking any orders until 2022. NovaBus has also stated that they do not have a timetable for the Teckno diecast models.

The only buses we will be selling are off the shelf items such as Corgi and Iconic Models.

Good afternoon all! We hope everyone is having a great day. All customers awaiting tracking numbers, your orders have been printed. All customers waiting for updates we thank you fir you patience as we have to relocate the entire shop due to a recent flood. We have been behind getting back to everyone because of the emergency and the sheer volume of customers we have. Always remember all products are backed by out 100% satisfaction guarantee. Starting yesterday, we began issuing refunds for late delivery compensation and will be extending that across the board. Anyone that has had a late delivery is eligible for a partial or complete refund. With most orders we will be refunding you, and still sending you the product as well as part of your individual compensation package.

Our inbox and voicemail box, as well as business line has been overwhelmed with a surge in new traffic, questions, customer service and quality control issues. Please expect extended wait times at the moment.

As for potential new customers and several of our repeat customers, we ask that you please hold off any new orders or additions until the relocation of the shop and quality control audit is complete. We will not be taking any New orders, modifying orders, or completing major body work until Late August when the new body shop, paint shop, and assembly lines are operational.

We had to recall several models and pause other projects due to quality control issues, lack of staffing during and post pandemic, as well as supply delays and shortages from out partner companies.

We apologize for the inconvenience and extended delays. We also apologize for the extended wait time for phone response as well as messenger response. We have just over 60 customers with orders either complete it somewhere in the build process. All tracking numbers have been generated, most orders delivered. For the few remaining, your tracking number has been generated but die to the shop emergency and being flooded, those buses/packages have not been shipped yet. Those are the bulk of the customers that will receive both a refund or partial refund, and still have buses delivered to them as part of out commitment to our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.

Good afternoon! we hope everyone is in good health! For all customers that have received orders in the last 30 days, we will complete audits in July. The Facebook Business Suite system locked us out with a device switch. The Messenger system is glitchy and has not recorded appointments or reminders as it has supposed to that will be integrated with the website as they should. We are currently uploading data to the new system, and have been contacting each customer individually, and will continue to do so throughout the day and evening. In the meanwhile as we transition into a much larger shop, all orders of custom items will be paused. Existing stock and orders will continue. Any off the shelf item such as 1/87 sales will continue. All other custom orders that have not been confirmed, will not be accepted until July 18, 2021 when our new facility with full paint shop and service center opens. Please do not leave a message here as we transition the customer logs to the website. Thank you all for your patience, and we are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience. as always all of our products come with 100% satisfaction guarantees, and we will be offering certain refunds due to the delays and lapse in quality control. This has extended to our supply chain and we have now elected to terminate a few joint ventures on some items as one of our supplies has taken 4 years to complete work. This is absolutely unacceptable and at the end of the day this is the responsibility of The Model Bus Shop. Good afternoon Model Bus Fans! Training of our new associates is now complete! This means we can finally increase capacity for you all and offer a better and faster experience. It appears the Facebook Business Messenger is back running correctly. We are about 3-5 behind on messages and updates which are all coming today! For those that got deliveries last week, we can complete post-delivery Audits this week. For those awaiting tracking numbers please be patient as the Pay Pal Shipping center is down once again. We regret to inform you all but we may follow the same foot steps as eBay in the abandonment of Pay Pal. As of right now Pay Pay operates all of the back end of out business and it has nit been the best experience over the last 2 years. They continue to contribute to major shipping or delivery delays, and we are looking into our alternatives now unless they can improve upon both the customer and merchant experience.

All work has continued. Some of you may see your buses below in the "Major Overhaul" section. We are excited to continue to provide you all with custom buses for nearly 23 years. Thank you all again during these most difficult times, and try our hardest to speed thing up to pre-pandemic levels.

Good Monday Morning bus fans! We are about a week behind due to a Medical Emergency. I will be back in the office this afternoon and will contact EVERY customer about your progress. All orders were being worked on while I was in the hospital and most are still on track for an on-time delivery. Again because of the weather here in NYC, we have delays on any models requiring a full paint job. There is no need to send us another message if you have, and if you have not we will get to you in short order. We are responding to all customers requests and questions in the order on which they were received. Please be patient. For all customers that received buses in the last 2 weeks, we will need to complete your post-delivery audit as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. -Management

Attention Model Bus Fans!!!! Facebook Business is having technical issues. We cannot send photo updates properly, they are coming through to customers distorted, inverted, or somehow flipped upside down. We cannot respond to some messages, and are working our best to find out what is going on. Because of these error, any appointments made through FB Business Messenger here at MBS are not registering a well. this means we have to manually go through all the messages to respond to everyone. The Facebook issue has also impeded the relaunch of our website TMBSNYC.com which will finally go back online this weekend with an all new catalog as well! The website will also feature detail of upcoming releases and everything you need to know to stay connected.

We have put a new transition team into place, and will shut down from Friday January 29th through Tuesday February 2nd for a complete business audit, complete our transition into a New York State S-Corporation, build a new all-weather paint booth, and finish training our new staff to get them up to speed on each individual customer order.

If you have not received a response yet in messenger, please be patient. If you have buses on order that requires paint as part of the detailing that is being done by us or was contracted out to Model Buses United, there is a weather delay. New York City weather at this time is not permitting quality paint work due to the humidity and super low temperatures. For this reason, we are building an all-weather paint booth that will be operational February 7th. During this weekends shutdown, we will be revising all customer delivery schedules, will full and complete progress reports for each individual order.

If you paid for your order through Square when Pay Pal was shut down, you will receive an invoice from Pay Pal as well for accounting purposes. We also contract ALL of our shipping through Pay Pal as well, and during the shut-down labels were unavailable for print. Effective immediately, and until further notice our shipping days will be Tuesday and Friday ONLY unless a prior arrangement has been made. As part of our longstanding policy ALL late deliveries are compensated, even if they are out of our control.

Good afternoon and Happy New Year all! Hope everyone is being safe and wearing a mask! We are in the process of hiring 5 new associates to help speed things up, and are currently looking for 1 more person that has a steady hand and a great attention to detail. If that is you, and you live in the New York City area, please give us a call or send an email or DM if interested.

During our restructuring, we have changed our shipping process and our entire order and production processes to speed up deliveries by at least 60%. Currently we have fallen behind our delivery goals and many of them have been caused by massive delays with shippers. USPS was a major problem for us and is no longer our default shipper.

We ask anyone who has not gotten a delivery yet to please be patient. We currently have 3 outstanding orders as we are finally back on a schedule. New delivery schedules will be sent to customers over the next 24 hours. Thank you for your patience as we ramp up staff. As many may know, we had been reduced down to just the owner, and one part time detailer for the last 10 months, which has caused a major strain on on operations, production, and customer response times. The new staff and re-hires will be in place this weekend and the full staff will begin working with us on Monday. Pick-up and delivery within New York City has resumed with restrictions, and an appointment MUST be made prior to any visits to the shop, as only 1 customer at a time is allowed for the time being. We also have been delayed over the last week due to a COVID family emergency, as well as moving from a Sole Proprietorship to a New York State s-Corporation. As of December 28th, the new business has been officially formed and full operations will begin on January 18, 2021.

We are very excited to be able to expand solely to raise the bar and provide our customers with better quality, and more timely deliveries. By upgrading to Corporation status, we are better positioned to manage the massive growth we have seen over the last 24 months. We have upgraded our rewards and compensation plans which are now going to be retroactive! So if you have ever received a late delivery, no matter the length, you will be eligible for compensation. This is our way of giving back and saying thank you for all the patience and support over the last 23 years, and especially over the last 2 years as we have been met with many challenges that we were not prepared for.

Over the next 72 hours we will complete a full operations and customer audit, in which we will contact every single customer we have ever had, current and past. We also have quite a few comments, requests and DM's to respond to as well. Our new business hours, terms, conditions, and rewards program will all be updated and put in to place this coming Monday as well.

Happy New Year Model bus fans! Tonight and tomorrow we will be updating all customers on orders and tracking. We are behind with about 3 deliveries due to overwhelming demand this holiday season. We thank you all for your patience and patronage during this time. As of this Friday, we will be hiring 5 new associates that have already exhibited excellent customer service, detailing, or modeling skills in an effort to keep up with ever growing demand as well as we expand and raise the bar on customer service, quality, response and delivery time. 2020 was the most challenging year ever for us, and we hit a few bumps in the road that we are now striving to overcome and provide a better service. We have strengthened our synergies with Model Buses United, and reaffirmed our relationship with New Flyer Industries, which is our number one supplier. Through our long standing and valuable relationship with MCI, we look toward the future and are very excited to build upon that same partnership between New Flyer and The Model Bus Shop. We have tons of new models coming in the future. Along with Model Buses United we are one of the new exclusive detailers for 1/87 HO scale models!
