Riding through the pain”
Cycling while dealing with menstrual pain can be a tough challenge, but it also offers a sense of relief. The steady rhythm of pedaling helps distract from the discomfort, and the fresh air can be refreshing.
Even though the cramps might slow the pace, there’s something empowering about pushing through, knowing that movement helps ease the pain and lift the mood.
It’s not about speed or distance on days like this, just the simple act of riding through and finding strength in motion.
